$400/month – 2 days per week (e.g., all Sundays & Wednesdays)
$550/month – 3 days per week

Full-Time Office (Furnished or Unfurnished)

$1,000/month
Deposit equals one month’s rent
30-day terms

Classroom Space

Payment due at time of booking
No cancellations
Includes free advertising to our email subscriber list

Rates & Conditions:

$80 – 2 hours
$120 – 3 hours
$160 – 4 hours (minimum booking for evenings/weekends)
$250 – 6 to 12 hours

Availability:

Weekdays after 5:00 PM
