How to manifest anything with affirmations

To make changes to your physical experience in this life, it is essential to go within. Many aren’t aware of the true power of thought and how much control we have over our circumstances, experiences, and reality.

It really is as simple as rewiring your subconscious thoughts to attract peace, love, and prosperity in abundance. Make changes internally, and you will change your life. But how exactly do you do that?

Belief changes everything.

Train the little voice inside your head to be positive, and when it’s not, don’t be afraid to use authoritative self-talk to stop negative thoughts. Whatever you put out into the Universe, you shall receive in return.

What is a Manifestation?

manifestation (noun): a sign showing the existence of a particular condition (Definition of manifestation from the Cambridge Academic Content Dictionary © Cambridge University Press)

Manifesting uses the power of thought and attraction to bring something tangible into your life “if you think it, it will come.” By rewiring your thoughts, you must positively believe the thing you want to achieve is already real. Easier said than done, hey?

What I mean by this that you must only believe that you will achieve that thing; there must not be a doubt in your mind. It isn’t as simple as just wanting something, and you will receive it. Manifesting your reality requires a change of thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, and emotions.

Think of something you have successfully achieved because your attitude was so confident, and you just knew deep inside that failure was not an option. Now think of a time when you had failed something because you weren’t quite sure whether you had it in you to achieve that thing; you felt fear, uncertainty, and insecurity. The difference between achieving anything is your belief.

The power of thought is an extraordinary thing, and when you begin to rewire your thoughts, you can manifest your goals into reality. A great rule of thumb is that you cannot manifest worldly things; it doesn’t quite work out that way. If it were a material object you were seeking, why do you need that object in the first place?

It is also essential to remember that if you put deadlines on the things you wish to manifest, you will more than likely be disappointed. The Universe has a remarkable way of showing you that what you think you want or need isn’t necessarily what’s best for you. Don’t become deflated if you don’t receive what you thought was best for you.

What are Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive phrases or statements used to challenge your thoughts, shifting them from negative to positive.

Practicing affirmations is very simple. All you need to do is pick a positive statement that resonates with you and repeat it out loud or place it somewhere that you will regularly see.

The power of affirmations is the language you use and its effect on your subconscious. Belief and thought come first, and then the physical reality manifests second. If you frequently find yourself getting caught up in negative self-talk, positive affirmations can be used to combat these often subconscious patterns and replace them with more adaptive narratives.

Manifesting with affirmations go hand in hand. The art of manifesting with affirmations is to state what you want to be true as if it is already true. Instead of saying, “I want to be a resilient person,” the correct language would be “I am a resilient person.”

Positive affirmations

Below are some examples of positive affirmations:

  • I accept all that I am.

  • I adapt to change positively.

  • I create remarkable opportunities.

  • I release what does not serve me

  • I am capable of achieving my desires.

  • I love the body that carries me.

The Power of Thought

The placebo effect is a genuine thing, strongly supported by research. The power of positive thinking has shown health outcomes in patients who are going through treatments. Don’t wait for your circumstances to change your beliefs; rather, change your beliefs before manifesting your desires and, in turn, changing your circumstances. Manifestation is a beautiful, powerful, and life-changing practice. If only attracting positive outcomes, you have nothing to lose. The only thing that is stopping you is you!

Putting it into practice

  • Make a list of affirmations that resonate with you.

  • Practice repeating these to yourself in the mirror daily.

  • When you hear that little voice in your head says something negative, authoritatively say, “I will not allow you to think that way; that is not true to me.” You control your brain; your brain does not control you.

  • Surround yourself with like-minded people, with those that inspire and motivate you. Spend time with the people you love talking about what drives you, your ambitions, and your goals. This will take you so much closer to your dreams because you are subconsciously rewiring your behavior and thoughts and regularly talking about that exact thing you strive to manifest into reality.

  • Keep your goals at the forefront of your mind. A great way to do this is by creating a vision board that you will see every day. Another great daily exercise is to journal, as putting pen to paper is very useful for keeping your goals at the forefront of your mind.

Best of luck at changing your internal thoughts to manifest amazing future outcomes.
